I think Xfinity is legit stumped, because speeds directing to Xfinity-related servers are still just fine. But YouTube is broken. Some websites don’t work. I’m afraid to turn on my Xbox One or Switch, since they probably can’t connect at dial-up speeds.

Wow, @Xfinity sure is quiet tonight while its internet service in at least the northeastern US is broken. Less than 2Mbps down on a 300Mbps plan, and I’m not alone. What’s happening in Philly? Any public acknowledgement? Any “We’re working on it?” No? Nothing?

@kaaaaylee Same! It’s a dish service or spectrum/xfinity in wmass. My hometown is starting their own fiber through the electric company, which is pretty awesome. But Spectrum is the worst by far... outdated cable, terrible pricing and outages without warning.

In Chicopee, we know first-hand how big corporate monopolies like Charter Spectrum do business — and it’s the same for Comcast, Verizon, and all the others. They force people to pay ridiculous prices in exchange for poor service because they know consumers have no other options.

I call @Xfinity billing and they tell me I made a choice for the gift card. Which I never did. Ask them to take my @Target red card. They tell me they can't. It was their mistake. I ask them to fix the choice option since I was never told to make a choice.

If it is going to take days for @ATT to possibly fix our internet. Not due to any bad weather. It is time to weight the options of another provider who can fix services in a more reasonable time frame. Wishing we had @Xfinity services.

@MarcusReports @Oriana0214 @TingInternet 3) Ting's market entry has got Verizon running around saying they too will deliver fiber to the home .... after ignoring Alexandria for oh, a decade. Expect Comcast to start offering deals and lower rates. Not sure how fast Comcast will improve customer service.

I called @Xfinity back again to start the process over. Again they refused to correct their mistake on their end. When I asked what needed to be done to fix the error and allow me to apply payment on a Red Card ....

Alright folks, so I had a surprisingly spritely and pleasant chat with a Comcast support rep and upgraded my internet for better upload speeds. Hopefully, this means I don't need to sacrifice anything for dual streaming anymore! 🤠👉Shout out to Courtney @Comcast chat support!
